Cowgirl Chile Company uses the
very secure PayPal shopping cart system to process your
Visa, MasterCard, Amex or Discover orders. This is a very
easy and secure way of making your purchase. We can confirm
your funds and ship your item as soon as possible. You do
not need to have a PayPal account to pay with your credit
card. Click on the 'Add to Cart' button on the order page
when you are ready to purchase. You will have the
opportunity to add other items to your cart. Click
'Checkout' and follow the steps (Ship to address, etc.) to
complete your purchase. You will have an option to use your
credit card for a one-time payment, or login to your PayPal
account.
Mail and Phone
Orders
You may call us at 800-648-9755 if you would like to place
an order over the phone. Our normal office hours are Monday
through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time. We will
accept orders up to 8 PM Eastern Standard Time. We are
frequently available to take orders most weekends. However,
we are sometimes out of the office on Saturday and Sunday.
If you do call after hours or during the weekend and are not
able to reach us, please leave a message with your name,
phone number and best time to reach you. We return all calls
as promptly as possible.
You may also mail your check or postal
money order for a purchase made payable to:

Be sure to call ahead and place your
item on hold for mail payment.
Postal money orders or certified
checks must be made in U.S. funds and personal checks drawn
on U.S. banks. Please allow ten business days for checks to
clear. Just call us at 1-800-648-9755 and we will place a
hold for your item. Please do not send cash in the
mail.
All prices shown on our website are in
U.S. Dollars, and subject to change without notice.

If you are a retailer and
would like to purchase our jewelry for your store, please
contact us for our wholesale policies.
Sales
Tax
Shipments within Pennsylvania
will include 6% sales tax.
Shipping &
Handling
All items will be shipped
within 24 to 72 hours of payment confirmation. If an item is
no longer available due to a previous sale, we will notify
you within one business day by e-mail or phone. All items
shown on our site are subject to "prior sale" (first come,
first served) due to their popularity.
Our preferred method of shipment is
USPS Priority Mail, insured. However, if you prefer, we
offer the additional option of shipping by UPS. Please let
us know at the time of purchase if you would prefer to
receive your package by United Parcel Service. For shipments
within the United States, we charge a flat rate of $10.,
which includes all costs, insurance and shipping materials.
All items are shipped insured, no exceptions.
Cowgirl Chile Company will ship to the
United States, its territories and Canada. Rates to Canada
may be higher and will be calculated at time of purchase.
Cowgirl Chile Company reserves the right to refuse orders
shipped to specific countries as recommended by the United
States Department of Commerce. If you have any questions,
please email us prior to placing your order.
Limited
availability
While all of our pieces are
one of a kind due to the natural quality of the turquoise
stones themselves we do produce our designs based on
availability of materials. This is noted in the item's
description. One of a kind items are subject to prior sale
and all styles may sell out at any time.
Guarantee
All jewelry is guaranteed to
be free from defects in craftsmanship and materials when
shipped.
Return
Policy
We think you will be pleased
with your purchase, but if you are not fully satisfied for
any reason, you may return it for a credit within seven days
of purchase. Items must be in original, pristine condition,
with our inventory tag still attached and untampered with.
Please remember to return the buckskin pouch, or we will
assume that you are purchasing it from us. Our pouches
retail for $29.00 each, and you will not be credited for
that amount if you do not return the pouch. Returns must be
authorized (see below) and postmarked within seven business
days after purchase. Jewelry must be unworn.
Items returned within the specified
period will receive a full credit of the purchase price of
the piece (not including shipping costs) in whichever manner
payment was made. Please enclose a copy of your original
receipt so that we may know how to credit your
account.
We recommend that you package the item
securely in bubble wrap and ship your return package with
sufficient insurance. Cowgirl Chile Company cannot be
responsible for returned items which have been lost in
shipping and we regret that we cannot issue refunds for lost
items.
Return
Authorization
When making a return, please notify us by telephone or email
of an item which is being returned so that we may issue you
a Return Authorization. Please allow approximately ten days
from the day you return your package for your credit to be
processed. Exchanges or refunds will not be issued without a
Return Authorization number.
Privacy
Policy
All information you provide us
will be kept strictly confidential. We do not share any of
your information or your e-mail address with anyone. We use
your e-mail address only to correspond with you regarding
your order.
